Philodendron 'Congo Rojo'
Rojo will pull you in with his bright red stems and leaves. New foliage unfurls to reveal a beautiful red tone that turns green over time. He grows slowly and is a self-heading philodendron, meaning his vine becomes exposed as he sheds old leaves.
Medium to bright, indirect light.
Once a week or when soil is dry 2" down.
Toxic to pets if ingested in large amounts.
A slower grower.
About 18" tall and a pot size of 6".
Pro-tip: Older leaves will fade to yellow overtime. Remove them when this happens so he can focus on producing new growth.
